Description:
This exquisite shawl is handwoven with hand dyed silk for weft and mercerized cotton for warp. The colours are blue and orange. It has two tablet bands woven in a technique called `missed hole’ technique.  The patterns in the bands are complex making this shawl very slow to weave. The shawl has two distinct sides, a front and a back, and it is visible in the bands. On the front, the patterns in the bands are very distinct on the back they are defused.  The shawl is finished with a beautiful hand twisted fringe where beads were added. This is a truly unique shawl making it an amazing addition to a wardrobe.

Care:
Handwash in cold water with a mild soap. Lay flat to dry. Press while still damp to bring out the luster of the silk.
